Hilton Vacation Club Palm Canyon Palm Springs, Palm Springs

I had a pretty mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the rooms are quite spacious and the staff is really friendly, always willing to assist. However, the property is currently under construction which detracts from the overall vibe, and the Wi-Fi connection was a hassle. The value for money seems a bit off given the lack of amenities and services.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while I enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms, I did have some trouble with street noise that made sleeping a bit challenging. The staff was absolutely amazing—super friendly and always ready to help, especially during the busy spring break. The location was fantastic, being close to downtown with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, but I did notice some areas could use a little upkeep. Overall, it was a good experience that offered decent value for money.
